Backup MX Service

Can your business afford to lose e-mails if your internet connection or mail server dies or you suffer a power cut? Our backup MX service will automatically queue your e-mail messages until your connection or mail server comes back online, then deliver them.  This is sometimes also known as a "store and forward service".

Our DR Email Option allows your organisation to continue to conduct business even if your primary mail server has gone down. Your employees will still be able to receive e-mails as well as reply-to or compose new messages from our web interface. The DR Email Option is available as an add-on service to any domain we provide backup MX services to and will allow you to enjoy the following benefits:

• Each user for a domain can login to view their individual mailbox and create, reply to or forward queued messages.
• Users can view or send e-mail attachments.
• Without e-mail many organisations cannot function. If your mail server goes down for whatever reason, everyone at the organisation can still conduct business as usual.
