3C Technology's On-Site Incident Packs provide your business a cost effective quantifiable fixed cost resource for providing install and configuration services or resolving support issues by our Systems Engineers at your site.
These are priced at an advantageous rate compared to our ad-hoc on-site charges.
The initial purchase of incidents must be a minimum of three. Each incident lasts for a maximum of 3 hours on-site, during normal office hours, i.e. Monday-Friday, 9.00 hrs – 17.30hrs (excluding public holidays).
For example, a full day on-site would normally make use of three full incidents.
There is no time expiry on the usage of these incidents, even if your support contract lapses.
Providing you have a current support contract in place, further single or multiple incidents may be purchased during the duration of your support contract. (You must have purchased a support contract to qualify for On-Site Incident packs).
When you renew your support contract, you can continue to purchase single or multiple incidents, providing you have already purchased the minimum of three at some time previously.
Please note that Incident Packs cannot be used for issues that would be normally dealt with by our Consultants.
