ProServe

ProServe from 3C Technology is a new service that actively monitors both hardware and software environments for business critical servers.

The service offers round the clock server monitoring, monthly summary reports for performance, event log notification, security risk profile checking and ongoing observation of business critical Microsoft Windows servers.

ProServe features include the following:

• Performance monitoring
• Windows event log notification
• Observation of critical Windows services, i.e Microsoft Exchange
• Security risk profile checking, ensuring the latest operating system patches are installed
• Remote server based diagnostics 
• Regular checks performed on server health, i.e. disk space, successful completion of backup jobs
• Notification of all critical issues are sent to 3C Technology for immediate action
• On supported platforms (HP Proliant) active monitoring of server hardware & components
• Monitoring & reporting of Internet usage on supported firewalls e.g. Watchguard
