We continue to see no further issues with our SBC. Our technical team continue to review yesterday’s failure with the vendor and as yet no decision has been made to reinstate BLF, but we are expecting a decision later this afternoon. We will update you accordingly.
For clarity the only devices impacted by the loss of BLF are Yealink T23, T40, T41 & T46.
Our technical team continue to closely monitor service."
