We continue to see no further issues with our SBC.
Our technical team continue to work closely with the vendor to ensure that we mitigate the issue seen yesterday. They are currently working to identify an improvement in the failover recovery. As this has not yet been achieved we will not be re-establishing the BLF function tonight. This is being worked on as a matter of urgency and we are looking to restore this feature as soon as possible.
For clarity the only devices impacted by the loss of BLF are Yealink T23, T40, T41 & T46.
We will provide our next update by 12 noon tomorrow in order to update you on re-enabling the BLF feature.
