Like all businesses, we are concerned about the recent global Covid-19 outbreak. We continue to monitor and follow official UK government advice closely and are primarily focused on ensuring the safety of our staff, customers and partners.
We have already activated our business continuity plan and will endeavour to keep as near to normal levels of service with all departments open for business.
As recommended by the UK government, most office based employees are already working from home and can remotely access our IT platforms. This includes our 3C Cloud Voice telephony service.
Where our technical staff are required to attend a client site, a risk assesment is carried out in consultation with our customers and wherever possible any activities are executed remotely.
